I'm fascinated by the evolving research in all sectors of nutrition, metabolism and biochemistry. Bridging education and application is essential in tailoring nutrition that helps patients understand and implement in their lifestyle. As they shift their mindsets and their confidence in nutrition choices evolve, it’s rewarding to see their clinical markers improve. I grew up in Michigan shaped by Polish practices and cultural heritage. From a young age, food was a way to connect with others, hear stories, pass down tradition and set intention behind a meal.
