Restaurants: American Nashville
Rolf and Daughters serves seasonal New American cooking in Germantown, inside Nashville's historic Werthan factory. Chef and owner Philip Krajeck describes it as modern peasant food: shareable plates built on house made pasta, house baked bread, wood fired cooking, and vegetables from regional farms. The bar keeps an evolving natural wine list alongside house cocktails, and communal tables sit beside the dining room and bar. Dinner nightly from 5pm. Reservations are taken for the dining room, communal tables, and bar, and a few bar seats are held each night for walk ins. Open since late 2012. Named No. 3 on Bon Appétit's Hot 10 in 2013 and by Esquire the same year. Philip Krajeck, James Beard finalist 2022. In the MICHELIN Guide.
