The mission of HCAF is to empower the next generation of care by offering educational and licensing opportunities to nurses and other caregivers nationwide. HCAF will start a scholarship program that funds licensure programs and educational programs for potential or current nurses or caregivers. HCAF plans to use the investment proceeds from its contributions to fund both operational expenses and scholarship funds.
