Jaime Hayes
Jaime Hayes started with KinderCare in 2003. She has experience as a teacher and assistant director with KinderCare. She was born and raised here in Nashville, Tennessee. She is married and has three wonderful daughters. Jaime has over fifteen years of experience working with small children. Currently Jaime is proud to have developed such a wonderful team of teachers. What Jaime finds most rewarding is families that have aged out of the building returning or emailing to stay in touch with our staff.

Kelsey Bergeron
Kelsey Bergeron started with KinderCare in 2014 as a teacher and after receiving her degree in education, became the Assistant Center Director. Kelsey knew when she was a teenager that she wanted her career to involve helping teach children. Kelsey is from Texas, but has been in the Nashville area since she was a young child. She has enjoyed her time here at KinderCare so far, and looks forward to meeting lots of new smiling faces for years to come!

Ms. Debby Shortt
Debby first came to KinderCare in 1991 when she enrolled her daughter as an infant. Over the years Debby has not only served many roles within the center, but has also came to be known as the center's "Nana," treating all the children as she does her own family - with love and respect.

Ms. Tamera
Tamera has worked for KinderCare since June of 2001. She has over 20 years of experience in the childcare field. Tamera has a passion for helping children learn and grow. One of her many quotes is "Children are great imitators, so give them something to imitate." That is one of the many things that keeps her motivated. Tamera attended Nashville State Community College and pland to receive her Child Development Associate Degree in the summer of 2016. she is also a wife and a mother.

Ms. Tracy
Tracy came to KinderCare with 14 years of childcare experience. She has run a daycare out of her own home, has taught at another childcare center, taught summer camps, and been a bible teacher at her church. Tracy is very passionate about her job, and treats every child as if they were own. She has five kids of her own, ages 14 down to 1 year old. Tracy knows that she has been given a special gift and it is to take care of and teach children to show love for learning and to watch them grow and learn.
