Jonathan Street
Employment and Consumer LawyerJonathan Street grew up in Bristol, Tennessee- on the far eastern edge of the state. He has lived in Nashville since his graduation from Wake Forest Law School in 2001. Prior to that, Jonathan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. (Go Vols!) When he first moved to Nashville, Jonathan started his own practice working under the umbrella of the Higgins Firm. When starting out, Jonathan worked a variety of cases which is often required of new lawyers just so they can pay the bills; he handled criminal cases, injury cases, small business disputes, and even the rare divorce. However eventually Mr. Street found his niche representing employees and consumers. He has been successful in this area and enjoys nothing more than handling cases for the “little guy” who is being taken advantage of. He has successfully filed and prosecuted lawsuits against insurance companies, restaurants, fortune 500 companies, governmental bodies and many others who were either taking advantage of their employees or consumers. Jonathan handles all forms of employment claims such as minimum wage and overtime violations, workplace discrimination, retaliation, bad faith insurance denials, violations of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act, and civil rights violations. In his free time Jonathan enjoys attending University of Tennessee sporting events, Tennessee Titan games, hanging out with his bulldog “Butch”, and traveling.

Brandon Hall
Employment and Consumer AttorneyBrandon Hall is a native of Tullahoma, Tennessee and veteran of the United States Air Force. As a military veteran, Brandon represents his clients with the same core values instilled in him by the Air Force: “Integrity First; Service Before Self; and Excellence In All We Do.” Relying on these core values, Brandon has developed a reputation as an attorney who is honest; down to earth; and someone who will fight hard for his clients. Brandon’s prior IT experience has also proven to be an asset given the prevalence of information technology in today’s workforce and litigation. Brandon is dedicated to assisting individuals and collective groups who have suffered from workplace violations including, but not limited to, minimum wage and overtime violations; workplace discrimination; Family Medical Leave Act; Equal Pay Act; Americans with Disabilities Act; and retaliation. Cullen Hamelin
Associate Litigation AttorneyCullen Hamelin is a Nashville native and lifelong Vols fan. Cullen graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Chemistry in 2015, and shortly after moved north to attend law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law. During his law school career, Cullen worked as a law clerk at civil and commercial litigation firms, and uncovered his passion for protecting the rights of those who need it most. While a clerk and law student in Chicago, Cullen also worked to provide assistance at the Veterans’ Legal Aid Society, acting as a voice for veterans in need. After law school, Cullen moved back to Tennessee and earned his Tennessee Bar license. He spent his career thereafter working in the Department of TennCare as an Appeals Litigation Attorney. Recently, Cullen’s passion for helping Tennessee residents fight for personal justice led him to his current position as an Associate Litigation Attorney at Employment & Consumer Law Group. Outside of his day job, Cullen spends his time with his Great Dane puppy, Bunny, planning his next trip abroad, playing guitar, and enjoying a good game of chess.

Lauren Irwin
Associate AttorneyLauren is native to University Place, Washington. After moving to Nashville for college, she fell in love with all the city has to offer. Lauren graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2017. After college, Lauren left Nashville to attend law school at Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, Lauren worked as a law clerk at civil litigation firms. Lauren also worked in Wake Forest’s Community Law and Business Clinic where she discovered her passion for making legal assistance accessible to individuals in the community. Lauren graduated law school in 2020 and moved back to Nashville to earn her Tennessee Bar License. Outside of practicing law, Lauren enjoys reading, visiting the Pacific Northwest, and cheering on the Seahawks.
